Enterprise Health Product & Strategy Executive

Health innovation must work twice. In the evidence. And in real life.

I build and scale evidence-based health products and experiences people choose, use, and return to, improving health outcomes, retention, and enterprise value.

Scientific credibility is necessary. It is not sufficient.

Evidence can establish what should work. Product, behavior, and operations determine whether it does.

Health innovation creates value only when people can understand it, choose it, benefit from it, and continue using it, and when the enterprise can deliver, measure, and improve it at scale.

Adoption

A credible intervention creates no value if people do not choose or use it.

Measurement

Engagement creates little value when it cannot be connected to a meaningful health or business result.

Execution

A promising product cannot scale without clear ownership, standards, data, and operating discipline.

From evidence to enterprise value

I work across the full system because health products rarely fail in only one place.

  1. 01

    Scientific evidence

Define what is credible, safe, measurable, and appropriate for the people and decisions involved.

  2. 02

    Human behavior

Understand the goals, identity, readiness, context, and friction that shape what people actually do.

  3. 03

    Product and experience

Translate evidence into a clear journey that people can enter, understand, use, and value.

  4. 04

    Operations and data

Create the ownership, workflows, technology, standards, and measurement required for reliable delivery.

  5. 05

    Outcomes and enterprise value

Connect continued use to better health, stronger retention, lower cost, clearer differentiation, and smarter investment.

Current mandate | Sensei

Preventive health as an enterprise experience

As Vice President of Preventive Medicine & Scientific Affairs, I bring scientific standards, behavioral design, measurement, and commercial discipline into integrated health and wellbeing experiences.

The work extends my enterprise product practice into a setting where evidence must perform through service, environment, human judgment, and daily behavior.

Ideas shaping the work

Evidence is the starting line

The question is not only whether an intervention can work. It is whether the product, experience, and organization can help it work here, for these people, over time.

Read the perspective

Engagement is a mechanism, not an outcome

Activity tells us that something happened. It does not tell us whether health improved, value was created, or the person has a reason to return.

Read the perspective

Personalization requires context, not simply more data

More data can sharpen prediction. Context determines whether the next action is relevant, understandable, and worth taking.

Different disciplines. One enterprise mandate.

I align clinical, product, data, operations, experience, and commercial leaders around a shared outcome, a clear operating model, and evidence that can guide the next decision.

Across military health, employer health, digital platforms, senior living, consumer health, and preventive wellness, the setting has changed. The leadership challenge has remained remarkably consistent: make the science usable, make the system executable, and make the value measurable.
